Prefab Inplant Office NEW! This 12′x18′ inplant prefab office building was installed in four days, complete with 100 PSF load bearing roof, six foot swing gate and cage ladder for roof access.
The customer required the ability to bring large items into the in-plant office, so there was an 8′x10′ insulated roll-up door installed on one end of the building. Other features include a mini-split HVAC system, suspended ceiling and complete modular wiring package.
